This policy applies specifically to the SRIAAS mobile application and its connected services.
SRIAAS processes account details, contact details, health profile information, health tracker entries, prescriptions, appointments, support messages, payment status, and device notification identifiers to provide the app’s health-management and appointment features.
Data is used to authenticate users, synchronize their records, provide requested health tracking and appointment services, process payments, deliver notifications, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law. SRIAAS does not sell personal or health data.
App data may be processed by Supabase for authentication, Frappe/ERPNext and SRIAAS hosting for records, cloud file storage for uploads, Firebase and OneSignal for notifications, Razorpay for payments, and server-side AI processing when a user requests report extraction. These providers process only the information needed for their function.
Records are retained while an account is active and as required for legal, medical, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution obligations. SRIAAS uses encrypted transport, access controls, and restricted server credentials to protect information. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Users can review or update profile information in the app and can delete their account from Profile > Delete account. Deletion removes the sign-in account and associated app records except information that must legally be retained. If you cannot access the app, follow the instructions on the Account Deletion page or email support@sriaas.com.
The app is not intended for children to use independently without involvement and consent from a parent, guardian, or appropriately authorized healthcare provider where required by law.
SRIAAS is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
