Delete Your SRIAAS Account

SRIAAS users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated app data.

Delete from the app

1. Open the SRIAAS mobile app and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the warning, type DELETE, and confirm.

The app will request deletion of your authentication account and associated SRIAAS app records.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@sriaas.com from the email address registered to your account. Include the subject “SRIAAS account deletion.” We will verify that you control the account before processing the request.

Data that is deleted

Deletion covers the SRIAAS sign-in identity and associated app profile, health tracker entries, prescriptions and uploaded report references, appointments, support records, notification records, and app session records.

Data that may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required by applicable legal, medical, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution obligations. Retained information is restricted to the required purpose and retention period.
